Andhra Engineering College is committed to addressing grievances of students, staff, and stakeholders through a structured and transparent process.

Student Grievance

Academic issues, examination disputes, hostel concerns, ragging complaints, and campus facility problems.

Staff Grievance

Work environment, salary disputes, administrative issues, and professional development grievances.

SC/ST/OBC Grievance

Dedicated portal for addressing grievances related to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and OBC categories.

HOW IT WORKS

Grievance Resolution Process

Our structured process ensures every grievance is heard, investigated, and resolved promptly.

Submit Complaint

File your grievance through the online portal or in person at the grievance cell office.

Acknowledgment

Receive a confirmation within 48 hours with a unique tracking ID for your complaint.

Investigation

The grievance committee reviews and investigates the complaint with relevant stakeholders.

Resolution

Resolution communicated within 15 working days. Appeal option available if unsatisfied.
